Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may depend on the condition of the existing system, required parts, selected products, site access, labor requirements, permits, taxes, delivery charges, disposal requirements, and changes to the approved scope.
Work outside the original estimate will not be completed without customer approval. Approval may be provided through a signed estimate, electronic authorization, email, text message, recorded phone authorization, payment, or another documented method.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, an estimate does not guarantee product availability, appointment availability, or a specific completion date.
Pricing will be disclosed through the applicable estimate, service agreement, invoice, membership agreement, or written offer.
Payment is due according to the terms shown on the customer’s estimate or invoice. Deposits may be required for new doors, openers, custom products, special-order materials, or larger commercial projects.
Special-order and custom products may be subject to manufacturer cancellation restrictions, restocking charges, freight charges, or nonrefundable deposits. Any applicable terms will be disclosed before the order is approved.
Appointment times are subject to location, technician availability, weather, product availability, current workload, and the nature of the service request.
Same-day service may be available, but it is not guaranteed. References to urgent, emergency, priority, or same-day service mean that customers may contact the company to request the earliest available appointment. They do not represent a guaranteed arrival or completion time.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the garage door, opener, work area, electrical service, and any other equipment included in the approved scope.
Product styles, colors, materials, features, finishes, accessories, lead times, and warranties vary by manufacturer and model. Product availability may change without notice.
Ng Overhead Garage Door Company works with products from manufacturers that may include Wayne Dalton, Clopay, Safe-Way, LiftMaster, Genie, and Cookson. Mention of a manufacturer does not mean every product or model is stocked or available for every project.
Final product selections and manufacturer terms will be identified in the customer’s estimate or project documents.
The following company warranty periods apply to eligible products and work supplied and completed by Ng Overhead Garage Door Company:
Warranty coverage begins on the date the applicable installation or repair is completed unless otherwise stated in writing.
The moving-parts warranty applies to eligible mechanical components supplied and installed by Ng Overhead Garage Door Company. The labor warranty applies to qualifying workmanship associated with the original approved scope. The electronics warranty applies to eligible electronic components supplied and installed as part of the completed work.
Warranty coverage is limited to the original customer and service address unless otherwise approved in writing.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, company warranty coverage does not apply to:
Garage doors, openers, sections, finishes, windows, hardware, remotes, keypads, accessories, and commercial products may carry separate manufacturer warranties.
Manufacturer warranty periods, exclusions, registration requirements, transfer rules, and claim procedures vary by brand and product. The applicable manufacturer’s written warranty controls its coverage.
Customers should retain estimates, invoices, product labels, model numbers, serial numbers, manuals, and warranty documents.

If the issue is not covered, the customer will be informed of applicable service, diagnostic, labor, or replacement charges before additional work is authorized.
Veteran and senior discounts may be available on qualifying services. Eligibility, discount amounts, participating services, documentation requirements, and exclusions must be confirmed before work begins.
Discounts do not automatically apply to service-call charges, special-order products, commercial work, taxes, delivery charges, manufacturer charges, previous purchases, or other excluded services.
The Ng Overhead Garage Door VIP Membership is an optional maintenance and savings program.

Maintenance visits may include inspection of the garage door and opener, operation and balance checks, safety-sensor testing, inspection of visible moving components, lubrication of appropriate parts, and an explanation of any identified repair needs.
Maintenance does not guarantee that a component will not fail after inspection. Repairs, replacement parts, and additional labor are not included unless specifically stated.
Priority scheduling gives active members scheduling preference over non-members when appointments are available. It does not always guarantee same-day service, an immediate response, a specific technician, or a specific appointment time.
The 25% repair discount applies only to qualifying repairs. Service-call charges are excluded from the repair discount. Installation discounts apply only to qualifying new garage door and opener installations.
Discounts may not apply to taxes, delivery charges, permits, specialty products, special orders, commercial systems, previously completed work, manufacturer charges, or other excluded items.
Promotions, coupons, discounts, and special offers apply only during the stated promotional period and to the products or services specifically identified in the offer.
Each offer is subject to its published eligibility requirements, limitations, exclusions, and availability. Offers cannot be applied retroactively unless approved in writing.
No promotion or discount guarantees appointment availability, product availability, or a specific response time.
Customers should contact Ng Overhead Garage Door Company as soon as possible when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. If you fail to contact us prior to our arrival you will be charged $95.
Custom doors, special-order products, manufacturer orders, and projects requiring reserved materials may be subject to cancellation restrictions, restocking charges, return limitations, or nonrefundable deposits as disclosed in the applicable estimate.
